Delivery Charge

The following delivery charges apply per order based on mileage.

£3.50 up to 10 miles.

£5.00 for 10-15 miles.

£10.00 for 15 miles plus.

Cancellation Policy

Due to a number of late cancellations and the amount of advance preparation of our food, we have had to rethink our cancellation policy.

Cancellation within 24 hours

100% Chargeable

Cancellation between 24 - 48 hours

50% Chargeable

Cancellation between 48 - 72 hours

25% Chargeable

Times are calculated from the time specified that the food is required at your venue.

This cancellation policy will not be applied if the UK Government gives a clear directive to shut a workplace or venue, such as a full lockdown.

Food Allergy Notice

If you (or guests) have a food allergy or special dietary requirements, please inform us when placing your orders with Applebees.
